The wonder of Google Map

So I found this really really useful feature of Google, the map. Basically you can find any place in the world by just click search. The result will show you some places matching to the search. It can be a street name, an apartment name, an office name, a park name and anything that you can think of.

You can zoom in and out depends on how details you want to read the map. You can zoom in up to the very details, the small street, restaurant around the corner, the small lanes... etc.

And if you need help on direction, you can choose the directions option in the box panel and key in the direction from one place to another place. The direction can be for walking, by car or by public transport. Not only you can see the directions highligted in the map, there are also details direction by step for your easier reference and information such as the distance in km, time required and even alternative route if you don't like the option given.

And if that is not good enough you can double click on the balloon and choose more. A drop down panel will appear and some of the places do have street view where you can actually "see" the place by yourself. You can also choose to see some near by places. Unfortunately this features only available on limited places.

Really impressive.
